Did you know that it takes between 4 and 5 kilos of olives to produce 1 litre of olive oil? That means we need about 6000 to 8000 olives for each bottle of oil. That’s a lot of olives! 🫢
Olives are fragile and require a lot of care. They need plenty of water, sunlight, and nutrients to grow healthy and strong. We have to harvest them carefully, and press them quickly to get the best quality oil. It’s a lot of work, but it’s worth it. 😅
