Introduction to “Le Passe Muraille”
Situated in the tranquil Parc Fondation Pescatore, “Le Passe Muraille,” also known as the “Chambre sensorielle,” is an extraordinary sculpture created by renowned artist Jean-Bernard Métais. This unique piece captivates visitors with its innovative design and interplay of light, sound, and space.

The sculpture is installed directly above the remnants of Luxembourg City’s ancient network of casemates, now situated several metres beneath the ground. Its location connects it to the city’s layered history, merging the past with the present in a visually stunning and thought-provoking manner.

“Le Passe Muraille” is an impressive bronze sculpture, standing 4 metres tall and spanning 7 metres in diameter.
