I love how the black background gives a dramatic scenery to the flowers, and makes them stand out with their colours and shapes. Whether it’s pink, yellow or blue, the dark background brings full focus to the flower, and creates a stunning contrast.
This technique also creates a moment of complete disconnection from the environment, and allows me to fully concentrate on the subject of my picture. That’s the attractive aspect of such photos. They capture the essence and beauty of the flower, without any distractions or noise.
