The hortenzia are one of the most longest lasting garden flowers in Luxembourg.
The colour is much dependent on the soil acidity and the purple colour corresponds to a moderate level of acidity (somewhere between pH5.5 and 6.5). ☕️ A random coincidence is that the black coffee has about the same level.
